Age and Parental Consent
To use the service, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 16, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the service.
Parents or guardians who consent on behalf of a child agree to be bound by these terms and are responsible for the child's use of the service.
2. Description of Service
TeamCentral is a team and club management platform that enables users to:
- Organize teams and members
- Schedule events and matches
- Manage facilities and courts
- Communicate with teammates
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Communication from TeamCentral
By creating an account, you agree to receive:
Transactional emails (cannot be opted out):
- Account confirmations and security alerts
- Important service updates
- Responses to support requests
- Legal notices and policy updates
Organizational communications:
When you join a team or club, you agree to receive:
- Event and activity notifications
- Team updates and messages from coaches/managers
- Club announcements and administrative messages
You can manage your preferences for organizational notifications in your account settings.
Marketing (requires separate consent):
We do not send marketing materials without your express consent. If you choose to receive newsletters or promotional materials, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email.
4. Account Deletion
How to delete your account
You can delete your TeamCentral account at any time by:
- Go to Account Settings
- Select "Delete Account" under Account Actions
- Confirm your decision
What happens when you delete your account?
- Your profile and personal information is removed from active use
- You will no longer receive system notifications
- Your access to all teams and clubs ceases
- Data is retained in backup systems for 30 days (for accidental recovery)
- After 30 days, all personal data is permanently deleted
Important notes
Team and club data
- If you are the sole administrator of a team or club, you must designate a new administrator before deletion
- Data created by other users (events, comments) remains in the system, but your association with them is removed
- Team and club administrators may have their own policies for member data
Legal requirements
Certain information may be retained longer if required by law, including:
- Accounting information (5 years in accordance with bookkeeping law)
- Information related to legal disputes or claims
Reactivation
Within 30 days of deletion, you can contact [email protected] to request reactivation of your account. After 30 days, permanent deletion is complete and cannot be undone.
5. Permitted and Prohibited Uses
You may use the service for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
- Violate others' rights or break applicable laws
- Transmit harmful, harassing, or offensive content
- Disrupt or compromise the security of the service
- Reverse engineer or copy the service
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Your content
You retain full ownership of all content you upload, post, or share on the service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant TeamCentral a worldwide, non-exclusive, time-limited, and revocable license to use, display, copy, and distribute Your Content in connection with providing the service.
This license:
- Is limited to providing and improving the service
- Ends when you delete the content or close your account
- Allows sharing with other members of your teams and clubs
- Does not include sale or commercial exploitation of Your Content
Our content
All rights to the service, its original content, features, and functionality remain the property of TeamCentral. This includes:
- Software code and architecture
- Design, layout, and graphics
- Logos, trademarks, and service marks
- Documentation and guides
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
- Reverse engineer or decompile the service
- Remove copyright or other proprietary notices
Content upload rules
When uploading content to TeamCentral, you agree not to upload or share:
Illegal content:
- Content that incites crime or violence
- Content that violates others' rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy)
- Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
Harmful content:
- Personal attacks, harassment, or hate speech
- False or misleading information
- Spam, phishing, or fraudulent messages
- Malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Inappropriate content:
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Offensive, vulgar, or objectionable content
- Violence or graphic content without warnings
- Invasion of others' privacy (e.g., unauthorized images)
Copyright and reporting violations
If you believe content on TeamCentral infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with:
- Description of the copyrighted work
- Location of the infringing content on the service
- Your contact information
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized
Consequences of violations
Violation of these content policies may result in:
- Removal of the offending content
- Warning or restriction of your account

Indemnification
You agree to hold TeamCentral harmless for claims arising from Your Content, including claims of copyright or privacy infringement.

8. Data Responsibility and Roles
TeamCentral as data controller
TeamCentral is the data controller for:
- Your user account and profile information
- System-generated data and logs
- Communication between you and TeamCentral
- Data related to service operations
As data controller, we determine the purpose and means of processing this data and are responsible for GDPR compliance.
Teams and clubs as data controllers
When you become a member of a team or club through TeamCentral, the team/club also becomes data controller for:
- Member data they collect about you
- Team/club-specific information (roles, participation, performance)
- Communication within the team/club
- Decisions about retention and deletion of team/club data
Teams and clubs must comply with applicable data protection laws for the data they are responsible for.
TeamCentral as data processor
When teams and clubs use TeamCentral to manage their members, TeamCentral acts as a data processor on behalf of the team/club. In this role:
- We only process data according to instructions from the team/club
- We implement appropriate security measures
- We assist in fulfilling members' rights
- We notify the team/club of data breaches
Your rights
Depending on the context, you may need to contact:
- TeamCentral for questions about your user account and the service in general
- Your team or club for questions about member data and team/club-specific information
Both parties are obligated to respect your rights under GDPR.
9. Termination
Your right to terminate
You may terminate your relationship with TeamCentral at any time by:
- Closing your account through account settings
- Contacting [email protected] for assistance
Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy and under "Account Deletion" above.
Our right to terminate
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these terms or conditions
- Your conduct is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
- We are required to do so by law
- We cease providing the service
Consequences of termination
Upon termination (by you or us):
- Your right to use the service ceases immediately
- You will no longer be able to access your account or data
- We may delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Provisions that naturally should survive (e.g., indemnification, limitation of liability) remain in effect

"As is" terms
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

- Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Warranties that errors will be corrected
No guarantee of availability
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or free from disruptions. We reserve the right to:
- Perform scheduled maintenance
- Make urgent updates or security fixes

11. Limitation of Liability
General liability limitation

No liability for indirect losses
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Lost profits or revenues
- Loss of data or business
- Loss of reputation
- Losses resulting from downtime
This applies even if we have been informed of the possibility of such losses.
Maximum liability
Our total liability to you for all claims related to the service is limited to:
- The amount you have paid to TeamCentral in the 6 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or
- DKK 1,000 if you have not paid any fees
Exceptions
The above limitations do not apply to:
- Liability for intentional conduct or gross negligence
- Liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law
- Liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence
Consumer protection
If you are a consumer, these limitations do not affect your statutory rights that cannot be excluded by agreement under Danish law.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before new terms take effect.
13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Friendly resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute related to the service, we encourage you to first contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
We will do our best to resolve disputes quickly and fairly.
Governing law
These terms and your use of the service are governed by Danish law. Danish law applies excluding conflict of law rules.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved by the ordinary Danish courts. For consumers, the general rules of jurisdiction apply.

14. Severability
